Release & Attract- Vision Board Design

Class Description

January 10, 2025 6:30pm-8:00pm $25 Max 20 people Release what no longer serves you during this New Year. We will each release any bad habits, tendencies, relationships, traits that no longer serve our highest and best selves by writing them on paper. We will then rip them up and throw them in the trash. We will shake up any stagnant energy that has been stored in our bodies through lymphatic movement. We then will sit with an intuitively selected tea to focus us, as we design our new vision boards for 2025. There will be stock paper, markers, and pictures available, but please bring anything specific you want for your vision board. We will also provide fruit & chocolate served during tea time, & board designing. **Please notify us of any restrictions or allergies**
