Saturday, March 15 6pm-8pm Price: $44.44 Max 14 people Take refuge in the LOVING arms of SOUND as we embark on a magical experience filled with drums, gongs, singing bowls, zithers, bells, chimes, tubes, and much more! This meditation workshop offers a space for inner peace and harmony through the artistic delivery of healing sounds and tones. Participants are invited to lie down and relax as they are guided through an auditory journey designed to bring about a state of self-reconnection, restoration, and rejuvenation. Participants depart with a higher understanding of how to release tension in the mind and body and recalibrate for a more balanced existence. All that is required is to LAY DOWN AND LET GO! A form of music therapy, a sound bath or sound healing is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.
