Cacao & Sound Bath Thursday October 17th, 2024 6:00pm-7:30pm $55.55 Max 20 people What is a Cacao Ceremony: Cacao when consumed intentionally in ceremony can activate a unique and subtle alchemy of inner transformation, transmuting into our outer world. A cacao ceremony is about coming together to honor and connect with this plant's heart opening magic. Though this is a psychoactive plant, it is not psychedelic even still it offers euphoric and blissful moments when we drink. You will be guided into an introspective and meditative state that will allow you to connect with your own inner knowing, supporting you through different emotions and past wounds, inviting us to release and make space to receive wisdom and creative inspiration. Offerings Include: • Preparation • Cleansing ritual • A ceremonial dose of cacao sourced from the abuelas de Guatemaya • Shamanic Journey through sound led by Ixchel Arcoiris • Anointing oil with candle decorating • Grounding • Sharing circle • Integration support • Closing ceremony • Nourishing meal • At home integration What to Bring: (optional) • Bottle of water • Yoga mat, blanket & pillow • Eye pillow or scarf • Your favorite mug (non metal) • Sacred object if you have one as an offering to the altar These are not mandatory but can support you to gain the most of your experience. Just bring an open mind and heart above all! We will have yoga mats, meditation seats, blankets and blocks for support. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 3 hours in advance for a full refund. If you do not contact us within the allotted time stated above, you will be charged the full price of the booking! Even though you have purchased a class pack or monthly unlimited , you STILL MUST REGISTER FOR THE CLASS BEFORE COMING IN! This is so the instructor knows that someone will be showing up! We do accept walk-ins if the class is in session, you are more than welcome to join! However if you do not pre-register for the class before showing up, you run the risk of it either being full already OR of the class being canceled due to lack of sign ups! So please please please make sure to register for the class online! Thank you for your understanding :) You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to "My Subscriptions" Your class pack and subscriptions are set to auto renew. You must cancel in "My Subscriptions" if you do not want to be set on auto renew!
