
This drink is gut healthy, and too good to pass up!
It's sweet, & spicy, with BBQ feels. Yum!
Pineapple Ginger Syrup Recipe:
Boil 6 cups of Water
Cut half a pineapple Skin & core as well
Throw that in the pot
Add about 1-2 nobs of ginger (4tbsp)
Add 8 Ceylon cinnamon sticks
Simmer for 30 minutes
Take off heat, once cooled, strain
Then add 1/2 cups of maple syrup
Pineapple Ginger Cocktail Recipe:
2oz Spiced Rum
2oz Herbal Syrup
2oz Pineapple Juice
4oz Ginger Beer
Pineapple Ginger Mocktail Recipe:
3oz Herbal Syrup
2oz Pineapple Juice
4oz Ginger Beer
Ceylon Coconut Sugar Rim:
1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Rim glass with agave, then swirl in rim mixture
