Class Description

Date: Sunday, November 16th Time: 4:00pm-6:00pm Price: $55.55 Location: Herbal Root Organics 12 spots available Ami a somatic hypnotist and breathwork facilitator. She has been in the wellness and alternative healing field for over 20 years. She loves to lead groups through “Breathnosis”, a combination of hypnosis and breathwork. Her mission is to guide you home to the truth of who you are. This workshop will be a beautiful journey that combines Katie’s magical sound healing with Ami’s guided Breathnosis experience. Be prepared to come with an intention for your highest healing and remembrance of who you are. Ami and Katie will hold sacred space for your most profound transformation. Katie has led Women’s Circles, Women’s Retreats, Sacred Plant Ceremonies and Sound Healings for over 7 years. She is a registered Yoga Teacher, A Reiki L1 & L2 practitioner. Katie is also certified in Positive Psychology and in facilitating Flourishing Small Groups. Dear Breather, We are so excited to breathe with you! Here are some very important tips to know before our session. First, it's best to NOT eat 1 hour before you breathe as you will be much more comfortable on an empty stomach. I'd also recommend being hydrated, yet stop drinking an hour prior to the session as well so you have an empty bladder- this is for your comfort. You will want to be in very comfortable clothing . While the studio has some props and yoga mats, it's recommended to bring a yoga mat and something to keep you warm. Your body temperature can shift during the session. You may also want to bring an eye mask. It's a great idea to bring a journal with you. Please avoid wearing any perfumes, or fragrances. This is an enclosed space, and some people are sensitive. We want to ensure everyone has a relaxing, and enjoyable experience. While we will have a group intention, it's also a great idea to set your own personal intention. Intention setting directs the breath and activates your own inner healer at a deeper level.
