We'll begin the day with a gentle Slow Flow Yoga session to awaken the body, calm the mind, and set the tone for a peaceful day ahead. Afterward, enjoy a delicious organic brunch and refreshing beverages before settling into pure relaxation. Spend the afternoon unwinding beside a beautiful in-ground saltwater pool, soaking in the hot tub, and embracing the serenity of a stunning private backyard nestled in the heart of Morris County. Whether you choose to lounge in the sun, take a peaceful swim, connect with nature, or simply enjoy quiet moments of stillness, this retreat is designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
