Su invites you to explore this amazingly versatile instrument in her own unrestrained & enthusiastic style. Be surprised by how good you get in a short time. All levels welcome. No prior shekere experience needed. Discover how to coax both subtle and exuberant sound, encourage dynamic physical movement in rhythm, and incorporate this delightful instrument into a drum circle, or other musical context. Come share in the poetry and mystic personality of this ancient instrument. Learn to weave, focus, and balance the threads of any musical ensemble through it's unmistakable voice. --Build real skills --Generate confidence --Learn traditional rhythms --Develop personal technique --Join in the FUN!
