  • Autumn Equinox Gathering:

Autumn Equinox Gathering: A Feast of Balance & Gratitude Thursday September 25th, 2025 6:00PM-9:00PM As the wheel of the year turns, we arrive at the Autumn Equinox — a sacred pause where day and night come into perfect balance before the descent into longer nights. Across cultures, this time has been honored as a season of harvest, gratitude, and release: a moment to gather the fruits of our labor, to give thanks for the abundance we have received, and to prepare for the inward journey of winter. Together, in community, we will: Sip heart-opening cacao to connect us to gratitude and presence Reflect on the balance of light and dark — within nature and within ourselves Release what no longer serves us through guided ritual Celebrate abundance with a shared feast, honoring the harvest of both earth and spirit. The equinox teaches us that life is a dance between light and shadow, growth and rest, giving and receiving. By coming together in this season, we remember that we are not separate from the cycles of the earth — we are woven into her rhythms. This gathering is open to all walks of life, no matter your background, identity, or spiritual path. Come as you are, bring what you feel called to share, and let us honor this turning of the seasons together in harmony and gratitude. ✨What to bring: A story, poem, or seasonal offering for our altar of abundance A journal for reflections Pillow, blanket, eyemask Your favorite mug (non metal) An open heart ready to receive and give Love, Lauryn & Ixchel

Gong baths are a type of restorative meditation, where you "bathe" in the healing frequencies of sound. This is a an ancient type of sonic therapy, known for it?s intense healing properties, and has been practiced for thousands of years with a multitude of positive benefits. When powerful instruments are played by a skilled practitioner, the sonic and sub-sonic vibrations of the gong stimulate healing cellular vibration, which helps to reset any genetic degradation and detoxify both the physical body and the auric field. Multiple sessions have been known to build a deeper and longer lasting response. Typically, participants are laying face up, with crown chakra toward the gong, allowing the vibrations to wash over them - crown to root. This position allows detoxing energy to be discharged through the fingers and toes. There are many documented cases of these sessions helping with conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, migraines, fibromyalgia, and many more. Participants repeatedly find relief following gong sessions beyond the initial relaxation and stress release which is almost universally felt by each participant. Many people report receiving a deep sense of tranquility and improved sleep after a Healing Gong Bath Meditation.
